VRental is a UAE-based access and lifting equipment rental company, established in 2015 to support businesses that need dependable equipment for working at height. For more than a decade, we have worked with contractors, maintenance teams, facility management companies, industrial businesses and project teams across the UAE. Our customers come to us with different requirements — from everyday building maintenance and MEP work to construction, façade access, industrial projects and specialist lifting jobs. What has remained consistent since the beginning is the way we approach the business: understand the work first, then help the customer arrange equipment that makes sense for the job. VRental started in 2015 with a clear focus on the UAE’s growing need for professional access equipment rental. Working at height is part of everyday operations across construction sites, commercial properties, industrial facilities, warehouses and managed buildings. But the equipment needed for those jobs can vary significantly depending on the site. A straightforward maintenance job may require vertical access. Another project may involve reaching over an obstacle, working through a restricted entrance or accessing the exterior of a high building. Industrial and specialist projects can introduce completely different site conditions again.
These real-world requirements shaped the development of VRental. Over the years, we expanded our access and lifting capabilities to support a wider range of working heights, environments and project requirements. Our experience has grown through dealing with the practical questions customers face every day: How high do we need to reach? Will the machine fit through the available access? Is the work indoors or outdoors? What kind of reach does the job require? How long will the equipment be needed? More than ten years later, these are still the questions that matter. We don’t believe equipment rental should begin by pushing a particular machine. It should begin by understanding the job.

Today, VRental operates as an access equipment rental company serving projects across the UAE. Our business is focused on work-at-height and specialist access requirements. Since 2015, VRental has developed alongside the changing requirements of projects across the Emirates. Buildings have become more complex. Maintenance environments have changed. Our experience in the rental industry gives us a practical understanding of those different working environments.
